Just thought i'd share..

I'm FINALLY getting a Macbook tomorrow! I've wanted one for years but never been able to afford it.
Im getting the 13.3" 2.0Ghz Aluminium Macbook. I'm actually really excited. Kind of like Christmas 2 haha..

I was in the same position as you for forever. I finally got one a year or two ago. It feels so great to have a computer that actually...works...
Have a lot of fun with it.

I love macs and would love to have one, but I'm sticking with windows for now because macs have that problem of doing computer homework and turning it in and the file not working cuz the teacher has windows.

You can save those files as Word files so they're compatible with PC's.

Or you could try Neo Office.
Or paralles witch runs Windows on your Macbook

OpenOffice. Best Solution. You can save your files as any format and open any format.
