Ok, here is the run down.
My mom had one of her old boyfriends come over today. He came in the door drunk; i could tell. I went outside to play football. Then i came in and went to the basment to play GH. I was comming up the stairs and i turned the corner in time to see him hit my mom across the face. When she tried to scream he covered her mouth and hit her again. I ran to him and punched him. He staggered back then punched me in the nose. Then i unloaded on him. They say I broke atleast four of his bones.

Am i allowed to hit him back because he hit my mom? I mean, am i suppose to let this stranger hit my mom? Any help would be appropriated

I think you're allowed to punch him if he's in your house. I think it counts as self-defense.

thats terrible! you shouldn't get in any trouble for that unless that asshole's lawyer screws you over, which i don't hink will happen. you have the right to self-defense.

Back to my story lol.
Ive already had some name calling with these 3 guys. But I was shopping with my mother and I went inside a store and my mom waited outside. When I looked true the window of the shop, I saw the 3 guys standing around my mother. I started shouting and ran out. I knee'd the first one in the stomach and tried to fight the other 2. But 2 against 1 isnt nice of youre the loner. but it was right in the shopping area of my town so a lot of people jumped between. I still can't believe how fckng angry I was. My mom looked so helpless, didnt like it one bit.

About Peter's thing:
I think you should be thanked by a lot of people, to teach a douche like that a lesson. If you DO get in trouble, you should try collecting signatures or something, that helps with a lot of things. you get more people involved, im sure a lot of them think you did the right thing, with all that the cops (or somebody) wont arrest you or give you some other crap

i am seriously having trouble understanding that this actually happened to you, nonetheless anyone. that aside, you obviosly wont get in any trouble at all! worst case scenario you go to court, and tell them it was self defense

Cracked skull
Right arm broken
Broken ring, middle, index finger on left hand
Broken nose/jaw


I'm kinda scared of myself.... I can do that with my own two hands.....
