New site idea (for all you musicians out there)

I was thinking the other day and I had an idea for a cool new website.

Say you play guitar and you have an awesome idea for a song. You want to actually turn it into a full recording but you just don't have the drums, bass or even that great of recording equipment. You could go on to this site (kinda in a form of a forum but modified) and post your ideas and even a crappy recording just to show people what you want the song to sound like.

From there the users (who may have great recording equipment and/or instruments), can record instruments for you so it sounds pro and what not. After that you could rate the users skill, sound quality, etc. which would show up on their profile.

It's just an idea in the making. What do you guys think?

I think this is a great idea!

The 'people stealing riffs' thing is a thing to watch out for, but people who play guitar/bass whatever and really like it wont be such an ass and steal some ones work..at least I won't

This is a good idea. If you did it, i'd love to take part in it (as the musician with an idea but crappy recording methods and no other instruments )
