Whenever i open a new page. It takes me to the bottom of it......

It isn't a problem.
The forum scrolls down to the last post. I DISABLED THE SCROLL TO TOP MOD.
It's annoying: when it's activated the page scrolls up to the top and you have no way of knowing what's the last post you saw on any specific thread.
I really can't see why you are complaining: it's a feature of the forum, a useful one.

its the opposite for me.
it brings me to the top of the page.

mine takes me to the quick reply too, im used to it now tho, its alrite when your looking in a thread you've already posted in, so you dont have to scroll through the whole thread again.
