This is a verse from the song. Let's pay attention to the "Slit my wrists through again" part. As we establised already wrist cuting is a sign of the illness which the ppl who are reffered to as real emos suffer from. And as he is singing about it as in first person so himself it is him who's gonna cut his wrists and that is emo.
Alsoo when I was browsing for the verse I found another name of their song "Cute without the e" and a song which tittle is "Cut" has to be emo. I'm not saying anything though as I didn't read the lyrics.
Oh and by the way your song sux. The lyrics are perhaps not the worst, but the thematic is crapy. No easier way of putting this.
Do write some more songs though just think about what you say before you do it.
