Well it depends on what I'm listening to. I like pop-punk stuff like blink and AKNF/HHoP/UH Sum because it's fun and since i'm a kid i can relate to it. I like more hardcore punk because i think it's fucking awesome. It's raw and angry

I love songs that are melodic, edgy, fast and have attitude. So any songs similar to No Reason, Still Waiting and Over My Head, I'm probably going to like right off the bat.

I don't know... Lyrics, music, atmosphere and the people in the band all influence whether I like them or not. I mean, I hate Pete Wentz, therefore, I probably won't enjoy Fall Out Boy.

recently, ive been listening to a lot of songs in order to pick up a few songwriting techniques.

a song for me isnt just about the guitar (and the totally rad solozzz!!!!), its about how it sounds as a whole.
that said, i love songs where the bass is very distinctive

Some music reminds me of the older days, like "no brains" and "noots" reminds me of summer 2006, it was an awesome summer, and i always remember it when i listen to these songs.

Also, i kinda escape from the stupid reality, can't hear things i don't want. Music is such a big part of me.
I always imagine myself somewhere better, or somewhat of a better person than i am.
