Cone has informed a Russian fan that Sum 41 will be touring Europe this summer, saying that they "are starting to book concerts for the summer right now."

There are hardly any fans in Finland, mainly because radio stations refuse to play Sum 41, so no one has never heard of them. So I highly doubt they'll come here.
But if they are coming to Europe before the end of June, I'll most likely go to see them somewhere.

As they are booking gigs right now, I would suggest that you put in a request for your city to Cone and hope there's a response.

It depends, if it is geuniely their own tour then and they do touch down in the UK they will play much more than London. However if this is a tour to get around the summer festivals then things will be much different, meaning if Sum41 are playign soemthing like Reading & Leeds then they'll do an astoria show before the festival. Hope it is a full tour, don't know if I'd bother to go all the way down to London to see the same show I've seen so many times now.
