They're good covers dude, you are indeed a skilled player! However, being so cocky as to say you'd rape anyone on those instruments isn't gonna get you anywhere!

In my opinion, Simon is probably the best drummer I've seen on this site. There are fuck loads of good guitar players - maybe we should do a SBM cover contest to see who's best?

Yeah you definitely shouldn't be that cocky. The solo that you posted would take skill and you're definitely good but I could probably play that if I spent a while learning it, and I'm sure some other people on here probably could.

It is good to be confident but saying you're better than other people or could rape them at an instrument is kinda over the top haha.

and i know it takes alot to write your own songs, but that solo was lame.

Years of experience doesn't have to be the ultimate measurement of actual capability or skill in other words

I mean fuck, a kid who has got talent and played 1 year could possibly be much better than a musical expert that has spent a majority of his life at music.

I play Bass and I'm very bad at it I have kinda made my own riff/ solo thingy which is ok, but other than that, I suck.

I mainly play guitar, but I play piano occasionally. For guitar, I mostly just play a few riffs and some power chords, like most pop punk is, but I can play a few solos, such as the Hell Song's, the improv riff they play live during No Brains, and most of Sum 41's albums, along with stuff by other bands.
