I would suggest that you need to see a trained therapist. I mean that in the most genuine sense. They will be able to help you make sense of what is going on in your head and soul.
You have nothing to lose from doing this, at worst you will still feel the same.
I have experience of the help a therapist can provide (wasn't as drastic as anything like suicide), one has helped (and is still helping) quieten down the storm raging in my head. It is nice to speak to someone with no other interest in you than helping.
