Owen Wilson hospitilized after supposed suicide attempt

Owen Wilson OD'd on drugs and was rushed to the emergency room in Los Angeles' St. John's Hospital via ambulance today, according to sources of the National Enquirer and Star magazine.

Rumor has it, it may have been a suicide attempt.
Wilson was discovered at his home by a family member, possibly his brother Andrew, who made the 911 call, the tabloids reported.

That's weird to hear.

Money and fame is extremely materialistic, he was depressed, regardless of the life he lead.

i want to say lonely

and im not taking sides of the rich and famous...but it's not like it's un-normal for them to be lonely

noone kills you...it's just everyone's fault

Yeah I think, if one of us becomes famous, we'll understand. I don't think money and fame and all of that is pure bliss, something happened and...I dont know man.

They say hes doing good or something, I think he got released from the hospital.

I don't trust the tabloids on the suicide thing though.

i re read what i posted and it doesnt sound right.

and yeah, i guess he's doing better, and asked the media to give him privacy while he recovers

It could have been the overwhelming amount of publicity that he receives.

Anyways, it's pretty shit to see that one of my idols attempted suicide. :(

One thing I would like to re-state again, specifically to Zam, is dude, these are the tabloids. Until I hear from him or from a very reliable source that he committed suicide, then I dont nessecerily believe it.

thats sad. it shows money and fame arent everything. lots of famous people try to take their own lives. many have succeeded! we never really see how famous people live cos reality shows pick the biggest idiots in showbiz. paris hilton and the osbournes although they really were crazy.

lol, i've been refering to him as that ever since Luke wilson was on Conan O' Brian and talked about how he was "Owen's brother" and he wanted to be just "Luke Wilson"
