In Too Deep original DJCD

Hey skumfuks!
I've been looking for a copy of the original In Too Deep DJCD for a while now, and finally decided to ask here on TNS (even though this forum is pretty much dead, which is a huge shame btw). If you don't already know, the original Sum 41 In Too Deep "DJCD" cover is pretty dark, featuring the text "In Too Deep", carved into someone's skin with a razor (see image link below). I'm not quite sure what a DJCD is tbh, but I'm guessing it's a CD single of some sort xD

I would really like to own one of these, since it would be a pretty cool Sum 41 collector's object, revealing very dark Sum 41 roots that we haven't seen since. Does anyone happen to know where I could get a copy of this "DJCD", or know anything at all about it?
