I thought the exact same about the drums! Aside from that, the performance was great! On one of the recent summer shows, this song seemed a little hard on Deryck's vocals, but this surely wasn't the case this night. And I remember that performance, as well as the Jimmy Kimmel one before it -- it's great to have the Sums return to TV!

I hope this hasn't been posted before - interview at the Highfield Festival in Germany (19.08.). Apparently, D's Mom joined them at the festival tour this summer in Europe. Also reveals some family issues I couldn't remember for the moment, too.

Well, no offense to the people who already have been listening. I've also been dying for some new music, so: not judging at all.

I just like to listen to the album on a CD (you know, the discy thing from the 90's) in a perfect environment. I don't know: lay down, have a good sound system, have a beer and just... listen.

Hooray for the people who think the same, friday is near!

I usually listen to leaks but I really want to wait til Friday with this one. I'll probably give it one listen come Friday midnight but then I'm going on a 3 day tour of the Scottish highlands so I can't fully indulge the way I had planned. I am reading the reactions in the leak thread though and it's not tempting me at all, if anything I'm still getting more and more excited.

Maybe we are different but I don't think this album is good for just a lay down, chill out listening. Although I can't say I could listen to any music while just sitting and watch the ceiling or close my eyes, but I think this album works better if you go outside, give you more emotions when you actually part of the living world than rather isolate yourself in a room. Fortunately, I have some occasions when I go to work, come from it, walk my dog.
Ofc, it's just my experience.

No, I completely get you.

But whether it's the new Sum 41, Bon Iver, Metallica,...: I always like to be in a quiet place, just so the music can get to me. So I can get a complete listening experience.

From the 2nd or 3nd time around, I start listening to it in my car and everywhere else as well!

I also got this e-mail two days ago. I don't remember when the lyric sheet arrived after the notice, I hope it'll come in 1 or 2 two weeks. I guess the pledge download links will active at the weekends.

I got the email from PledgeMusic 2 days ago too, but this message appears on DHL for the tracking number of my order:
