Still loving it. Probably the first album that I still have listened to daily one year after its release.

I can honestly say that SBM is my favorite album. Unlike in the other thread that is trending, the album was much more than I could expect, and even after the early hype I still enjoy it as much as I used to when it came out. Although I do agree with Jeremy that UH has its certain flow that makes it more complete, but somehow, just like Deryck said, all those individual songs in SBM connected somehow and made it into an epic journey from start to end. And even if Time and Baby didn't fit in with the rest of the album, those are still very entertaining songs to me, so I don't mind if they don't have the same attitude as the rest of the album.

I mean, Reason To Believe still gives me chills, even after 500 listens.

I still love it, too. And I really don't realise that it has already been a year.

I still love it, too. Even if I don't listen to all the time, but I hear one of SBM's song every day in my head. :D

And this week on Wednesday a hungarian radio's morning show played 'Baby you don't wanna know', I know it's not the best song from the album, but still, it was so fricking awesome to hear it....

I have to say, in the begnining, while we were waiting the long awaited arrival of SBM, I was anxious but also a little worried because I thought it'd be even different than what UH was to Chuck. I was skeptical once hearing the demo of Skumfuk but once Deryck premiered Screaming Bloody Murder on 89x radio, I knew the direction of the album was going to be satisfying.
Once I got my hands on a copy, I immediately put the album on. From the moment I heard the drum beats in the beginning of Reason to Believe and the intro, I knew this album was well worth the wait and like nothing they've done before. That day I listened to SBM in it's entirety for a total of 8 hours straight. Whenever I listen to it, it has to be in it's entirety because although it's not a concept album, it just flows really well and I couldn't listen to it any other way.
I feel the album was much more than what I was ever expecting. To this day, still listening to it, I feel the same way I did about it 1 year ago. It's definately not only my favourite album from Sum 41 but from any other band. I feel so proud of what they've achieved up to this day. I couldn't of asked for a better album.

I made a playlist last summer with Time for You to Go and Baby You Don't Wanna Know cut out and I found the album flowed a lot more seamlessly without them. Those songs alone aren't terrible, I'll enjoy listening to them once they get going. However, I just find the opening riff for Time for You to Go to be slightly annoying.

Anyway, happy first birthday to my favorite Sum 41 album. Listening to the title track for the first time on the radio (89x or whatever that station was) was probably the best moment for me. That song instantly struck a cord with the first line. It would have to be my all time favorite Sum 41 song (sorry, No Reason).

I'm too lazy right now to do it.
SBM is your top! :2cool4u:

I never really got into the bonus songs.
My top would probably to BIME or SickofEveryone

A very strong album from the Sums. I try to associate it with the hilarious late nights on the forum last year instead of the negativity that's come since with Deryck's injury etc :(

Holy Image of Lies is my favourite track, along with Screaming Bloody Murder.
