I know he doesn't say he does drugs, but sometimes it looks like it. Even my dad said he looks very twitchy like he's on something (especially during the Guitar Center interview), but I always just pointed that towards his shyness.


The way he's acting here looks like a combination of inebriation and shyness. He can hardly look people in the eyes. Looks very self conscious. What the fuck happened? DTLI and Chuck era he was NORMAL. Just a thought here.

This was posted in the Deryck thread a couple of days ago, I agree he looks rough. He's going through tough times. I remember on Warped tour interviews a couple of years ago now that he couldn't imagine not being on tour for an extended period of time and that he would feel guilty, but through injury that's happened now. He's never been comfortable or willing to answer stupid paparazzi questions, so that's still him, but whats not is his general demeanor, he looks so down these days. He wants to be on tour.

It is abit, isn't this what the Deryck thread is for?

It could be pain meds for his back, alcohol, shyness, whatever? all we see of him is when he's going to clubs or eating at restaurants, but who cares? He could be going through alot during the day with his back or what not and wants to have fun, but who are we to guess, cause we have no idea besides the 3 minute video clips that keep popping up.. Theres no point in speculating cause it doesn't change a damn thing.

wasn't he doing tons of drugs during that period?
