I actually enjoyed Star Wars Bounty Hunter. I had it for my GameCube but sold both the console and the game. Re-bought it later for my PS2 though. But all the other Star Wars games are yet to impress me.

I love Star Wars, and I loved the games. But the games they release now, I couldn't care less. The ones for the original trilogy and for Episode I were badass. But since then, it has went downhill imo.

I think all Star Wars games are pretty decent. But that's mostly just because it's Star Wars! I can't remember all the names of the ones I played but I know I really liked the ones on ps1, the jedi knight series and I loved one of the Lego ones for ps2!

The upcoming MMO looks pretty sweet aswell. WoW killer maybe? (no! but it has potential)

Jedi Knights were good and Knights of the Old Republic was excellent, that's about it. Everything else is mediocre as far as I know.

The "Super Star Wars" Trilogy was awesome on super nintendo. And the battlefront series is one of my top favorite game series of all time. A third on the xbox 360 and ps3 needs to happen!!! I also liked jedi academy for pc and xbox but still haven't beaten it. The force unleashed was good but really over rated, it got boring after a while. I heard the second was crap.

The Old Republic MMO looks okay.

Oh man, don't let the nostalgia blind you! :D Though I especially played EP1 game all the freaking time when I was a kid.

But I'd say:

1. Jedi Knight Series
2. KOTORs
3. Force Unleasheds
4. Battlefronts

And what else... Everything else is pretty shitty! Though I hope Lucasarts would make Force Unleashed 3 and really tried to make a good game this time! I mean if you'd combine FU1 and 2, it'd be baussy game.
