it's true, sweat dulls guitar strings after a while. especially if they're playing high energy shows, you tend to sweat a lot. i play my bass every day, and while im not sweating on a hot stage my stings get dull sounding after time. i almost have to buy new strings every 1.5 months, imagine if i was playing at a warped tour concert every two days!
