Wait...WTF?

How does this Karma system work? I missed something, please someone inform me.

It doesn't, anymore.
But when it does work again, you are able to click "Increase user's karma" and add a number between 1 and 15. Or, you can decrease a user's karma -1 to -15. This is pretty much the best answer I could give you on this. If you see, on the side of the screen on your user details (gender, age, name, etc.) it'll say "Karma". Currently, you have a Karma level 5. I have 14, I believe. Usually, the "Increase" and "Decrease" buttons are right over there. Currently, it isn't working.
Anyways, I believe I said everything necessary in this thread. I am going to proceed to lock this.
