Where's CYLB, Speak of the Devil and Jester live? I've really only seen the live at the studio versions

They were played a few times right after UH was released, so like from July to September in 2007.
There used to be one or two videos on YouTube from The Jester, and Count Your Last Blessings was included in some of the bootlegs that were available for download at the time. I have no idea about Speak Of The Devil or Dear Father, but Lex said they played those at the time in Australia or something.
