P90X!

I just finished my first time through P90X!! It was AWESOME! Can't wait to start this hybrid workout program I've put together this coming monday. Has anybody else done P90X before or are thinking about doing it?

Basically its 90 days of Home exercise, complete with proper nutrition. I have a pull up bar, push up stands, weights that go up to 50 lbs, yoga mat, and probably some other things.

All you need is hard work and try hard to reach what you really want and deserve ! Pay attention to what you eat, do several push-ups and stuff like that several times ever single day and you'll get what you want ;) You will feel better with yourself and you will get more attention for the ladies :)

Cool! So it actually works, huh? I've been thinking about doing it, but I wasn't sure if it was just one of those late night TV ad scams or if it was legitimate. I'm quite bored of the workout I've been doing for the past few months now already.

It definitely works, I feel great. However it will only give you how ever much you give it, so you have to bring it!! But if you do the results can be amazing!!

It does get costly, but there are a ton of ways to modify (i.e. use bands instead of weights)

The absolute bare minimum that you would need would be
1) P90X
2) Weights up to 50 lbs (or a pack of bands)
3) a pull up bar
4) you really should have a yoga mat

The weights were the most expensive thing (200$), but they are two dumbbells that let you select a weight anywhere between 10-50 lbs each and are my favorite things ever lol. You don't need push up stands but I got em cause they take the stress off my wrists when doing push-ups and they give you an extra 6-inches in depth.

I've done it before, the ab workout is insane, but I just go to the gym now. Benching, curling, lots of other stuff too
