Sum 41 Picture Request

Ok, I need someone who is good with graphic art to customize this photo:

And I want it to have the words on it: " All that I need is time for me to breath"
Put the words wherever you think it will look the best.
Any if you can take away the words already on the pic, please do. And also make it little more vivid and clear, jut over all clean it up some. And just a little bit smaller.
