sigs????/flash banners???

i am trying to find a good program to make a sig but alls i find are programs u have to buy and i dont want to spend any money. Does anyone know any free good programs to make these???

i dont know of anything for free, but you can always download any program you want for free. if you ask some people they might be nice enough to make one for you.

you could just download photoshop here

using limewire means the software is free. and so id the viruses that come with the software. bargain.
