Can't receive new e-mails on my account (thunderbird 3)

Upgradet to TB 3 few days ago (more or less accidently, was satisfied with my TB 2 though some add-ons and themes don't work now), since than I don't receive any new mails, but I didn't change the acc-config. I use a @t-online.de account, and on their webserver i can receive my new mails.
Any solutions or should I deinstall it and just stick to TB 2?
