Is it just me or am I the only one here that just loves Derycks voice in it? When he sings in the ref it sounds so fucking good. To bad the guitar and bass is playback, maybe even the drums.

He's singing the song very differently here but it sounds very very good. A nice touch.

Not the voice, but the guitar and bass sounds pretty playback. But maybe am wrong.

yeah, tour managers can get really annoying

its not the tour manager's decision either. Its the TV shows, some don't like bands to play "live", but they will allow live singing

His voice is great in that Rove performance. The melody is changed up a bit which is kind of cool, but the original way I think flows a lot nicer.

Sum 41 also did Top of the Pops or whatever it was called. They did Still Waiting and it was playback - the entire song including vocals. They actually performed to it, but I wish they would've pulled a Nirvana.

It's obvious on the bit before the guitar solo where Bizzy/Cone/Brownsound all jump. Also at the end it's a shorter version of the last chorus.
They did Fat Lip and In Too Deep live though.

Nirvana is awesome.

i think he sounds diffrent because its playback and ussualy live they tune down so maybe he has trouble doing the vocals live in standard tuning ..... jst a idea... might be a diffrent reason

To me, it sounds like Deryck has hurt his voice, and he's trying to avoid the high notes.
But even if doing so, he did a great job! I love the way he's singing here.
