don't know them, what kind of music do they do?

For me, Sum 41 cannot be compared to any other bands. Just like my Last.Fm account tells it (http://www.last.fm/user/TomiT14), The Sums are much higher in the play counts than any other band.

Also, I like many other bands, but only their music. Sums are the only ones I'm interested in the band members themselves and what they are up to.

But to name a few, Green Day, Billy Talent and The Ataris are my favourite ones. I also like SR-71 and Treble Charger, but it's a shame they have already quit.

They have quite a few singles, if you don't like this one try MakeDamneSure, You're So Last Summer or maybeh Cute Without the "E" (Cut from the team).

so okay...my first punk rock band and my fucking favorite band forever is Sum 41(Thanks to Fantastic Four Movie)...but I listen to a few other bands...here they are:
Blink 182,Rise Against,Billy Talent,Boxcar Racer,Angels and Airwaves,Breaking Benjamin,Bowling For Soup,System of A Down,Avenged Sevenfold,Hoobastank,My Chemical Romance,The Offspring,Yellowcard,Green Day,Good Charlotte,Gob,From Our Hands,Boys Like Girls,Simple Plan(but the third album ),The Gaslight Anthem,NoFX,Jon Lajoie,Vampire Weekend,Oasis,Frank Sinatra,Tenacious D...these ones are from the list of the bands I really listen to ...I mean every album,every song ...

these ones are less played but I like them too :
Metallica,Iron Maiden,Judas Priest,John Lennon,The Beatles,ACDC,Red Hot Chili Peppers,Nirvana,Gary Jules,Radiohead,Useless ID,Silverstein,Transplats,Bob Marley,Bob Dylan,The Operation MD,Jimmy Eat World,Neverstore,New Found Glory,Sex Pistols,The Cure,The Clash,Bad Religion,The Ramones,The Pink Floyd,Pennywise,Descendents...I believe than as time goes on I will be knowing them more... XD

and 3 bands from my country that I really like...Ine Kafe,Horkyze Slize,Zona A...

Other bands I'm really into atm are: Gaslight Anthem, Bob Dylan, U2, Blink, The Who, Queen, Rush, Owl City.

i don't mind the beatles but i find em a bit too soft: oasis r better
