Well,

I had this girlfriend, but a couple of days ago she made out with another guy. So I broke up with her, but I still love her and I really miss her.

Yesterday I was walking with my friends trough town, and we ran in too the guy that kissed my girlfriend. Now im not the kinda guy to start a fight so I just ignored him. But then he started yelling at me, told me Im not got enough for that girl. But then he said my girl has the best pair of breasts he's ever seen. And I really did NOT like that. So I ran over to him and basicly beat the crap out of him. But a few minutes after that I heard someone saying that the guy is only 16years old... and im 20. So I beat up a minor. He was pretty fucked up and I reaaalllly hope he doesn't go to the police or something.

Oh and yeah..I still miss my girl :(

you did what you were supposed to do...I'd lose my nerve too but man...the biggest mistake is in your girlfriend...when she'll be rather fucked by another guy then tell me what the fuck is wrong with you...are you about to forgive her ? it's stupid , how someone can love someone,who don't give a fuck if you hurt as hell or don't ...

There's a difference. Things happen and you can't change what has already happened.
If the girl you had has changed, and likes to make out with other guys, do you still want that girl?
The one she used to be, she's long gone. You have to ask yourself if you could forgive her this episode (considering she regrets it) and forget it yourself. Ask yourself, is she really worth it anymore.

As for the beating up, it's never an answer. But like I said, you can't undo what has already happened.
Let's hope for the best, but if he makes a number out of it, you have to make the story straight with your friend (who witnessed it, right?). Don't know how it happened, but like you said, you're not normally a that kind of guy, so you have to act that way too. It was kind of an accident, and that guy was the reason for the things to turn out that way.

Hard to say what to do with the beating up thing, but with the girl, you have to figure out do you still love the girl who just made out with an asshole. And does she still love you?

Ive got mixed feelings about it. I don't want her back, I'd could never trust her again. She tells me she regrets it but Im not sure if thats true. But its not like my whole love for her is over. Ive still got feelings for her but I want those feelings to go away.

About the beatup.. Ive heard the guy has a broken jaw and a concussion. Im not sorry for beating him up but it got a bit out of hand.

what you need to do is get some lighters.

after getting the lighters, get a soda because you'll probably be thirsty after walking to the store to get the lighters.

next, get some lighter fluid, make sure you remember the lighters and lighter fluid or you'll have to make another trip and buy another soda.

after this, fill the lighters.

now borrow someones car and go back to the store because you're sick of walking, you're not some caveman fool in the stone-age god dammit. get some cigarettes. you'll find the grape and strawberry flavored cigarettes interesting, go ahead and buy one, they'll be for later when you're alone in your basement apartment in your mom and dads house. take the non-puss cigarettes and go the place where your girlfriend hangs out. wait there, peak out the window. when you see her coming quickly turn around and get a hold of yourself. take the cigarette out nice and slow while she's walking in, put it to your mouth and light it with the lighters (yes plural, the more lighters the better). she'll look at you with a look of confusion, not like sexuality confusion, like which CSI is better confusion. look at her with an awkward cute longing, she'll respond thus-ly:

UN-NAMED FEMALE: So you smoke now?

BILLY41: Yeah... i smoke and i drive, when i borrow someones car that is, and i even take care of your cat fefe when she's sick... what does he have that I don't have?

(she looks in the distance, trying to find the words)

UN-NAMED FEMALE: 5 figures and 5 inches

(she walks away to get some juice because im guessing she hangs out at like a juice/coffee bar, i don't know why)

(billy41 stares at the ground, he just got seriously insulted but it feels worse because, he has no idea how exactly it was an insult)

30 minutes later

(billy41 still stares at the ground...)

after this go home, you still have some lighter fluid and the car you borrowed. poor the lighter fluid on yourself, get into the car, drive to his house, ignite the lighter, drop it in your lap and drive the car into his living room.
