Is there a chance we gonna hear the song ''believe'' on the new record?

I don't think so for several reasons.

First of all I don't think it's finished yet. I think Deryck mentioned a while a go that "he might finish it one day", but we haven't heard any updates since then.

I also guess that the vibe in the song (well, in the snippet we heard) wouldn't somehow fit on 13 Voices (based on Fake My Own Death, of course).

Oh yea I remember those updates and knew there was an unfinished song. Forgot it was called 'Believe'. It wouldn't fit with this record I don't think. Most of the tracks seem around 3 minutes so it's going to be a fast tempo album. Nice to see those updates, would have loved updates like that during the writing for 13 Voices.

I missed it. Looking forward to the North American tour. Hopefully I'll get to meet them this time? Haha.

There will be video shooting, they invite every fans who can come (San Pedro), I wonder what song it will be. My guess it's The Fall and The Rise and maybe they want it to be like Fat Lip. Anyway, I believe it's going to be such a fun day, just hanging around, eat, drink and going crazy when they play music, I'm jealous!

Good idea. I changed it, finally, after five or six years. I'll change it again for when a new album is announced.

It has a Fat Lip/Underclass Hero vibe. Graffiti, throwing guitars, jumping etc.

I am the biggest Sum 41 in the world(for sure!). But i think Fat Lip en Underclass hero were much more better.

I like Sum 41 for these kind of songs Some Say, Pieces, With Me, Bitter End, 88, Pull the Curtain, Dark road out of hell, blood in my eyes etc.

The album 13 voices was oke, but only Twisted by Design, FMOD, GSUS, TFATR were great songs. The rest of the album is OK.

BTW, deryck whibley. you are my hero. I hope you read this post!

And I changed it back. The main reason for this is that it seems this forum can't handle such massive threads like this one, mod-wise. Mods won't be able to control this thread fully anymore, with some functions not working, such as the ability to move posts to correct threads etc.

Since this topic was created for SBM, and there's already one for 13 Voices (21 pages for now, including generic posts such as links to interviews), I'd suggest we start using that thread until there's a new album cycle around.
