yeah, thats been floating around but its not that reliable. The tracks she did with D are either already done or are being redone, she's been working with Evan Taubnefeld the past few months or on vacation. I doubt those two have talked to each other very much since September, D's been focused on the Sums. The only thing I can think of is final mixing.

Evan should join her again. He's good solo, but it'd be cool if he was with Avril again.

But anyway, one thing i CAN take from that article, is that D's a gold-digger. Lol.

Evan is touring with her as an opening act, so he'll probably play some songs with her as well. They're planning to release the albums around the same time.

Well D should be paid for his work. Now I don't believe in the "lawyer fight", if anything its RCA not wanting to pay him or something, but its basically the law that he should be paid for producing. Its his rightful compensation. The media always blows things out of proportion.

Again it just depends on the stages of the songs, they could mix them in another studio. Just from my knowledge she's only been working with Evan recently. D has only been working with Devin Bronson on a few of his projects and the Sums from what I understand. Avril has been on vacation for the past 3 weeks or so. If this report has been going on, it was back in October.

I don't think it's about Deryck getting paid for his musical contributions, that is definitely an issue with RCA.

Yeah, without Avril, he doesn't really have a dime to his name. He's still rich I guess, but I doubt he'll be doing the "30 new guitars for the new album" gig for very long now that he and Avril probably don't share a bank account anymore.
