Okay so the main reason i have left is because for the longest time i have expected some good news about sum 41, new cd, new site, new hair-do, new anything. So i gave up checking, almost. Am i alone in feeling that were not getting any serious answers from them or anything serious for that matter. A million posts about going into the studio but no product yet? No demo? No anything as far as im concerned.

I will remain a huge sum 41 fan like i was from the start. But i just had to rant about how sum 41 has left us all high and dry.

So this is my goodbye. Im going to watch this topic for alittle while but for the most part. Im done.

I appreciate the respect gotten from some members and for the members who showed me nothing. Nothing but good things is what i hope for you. But i feel it is my time to go. If you feel im a little girl or a pussy, dont bother posting because your just typing to working out your masterbating hands.

I have the same complaint.
Sum 41 was going to have a new album "early next year" back in December 08. Guess what, we're still listening to UH . They go into the studio all the time, but still nothing. That's why I have moved on. Over the course of the past 6 or so months, I have gotten bored with the same Sum 41 songs over and over and over again, so I looked for newer stuff. Now, I'm a huge Hawthorne Heights fan. I have listened to them nonstop for about 2 months now! I missed their concert a few weeks ago however , but now that I'm into new stuff, I am really open to music again. I think (and this is hard for me to say, because I'm a huge Sum41 fanatic, and they've been my favorite band for like 6 years now. I grew up with their music) but, I think HH might be my new favorite band.

Sum 41 has not been my favorite band for probably a year and a half now and I'm still here.

I still listen to sum songs all the time. No Brains (electric and acoustic), no reason, and the odd one from HHOP or All Killer everyday. They are one of my favourite bands, but unfortuately I have many favourite bands. Maybe around ten. The thought of sum lasting much longer is slowly diminishing unless they can break huge ground with this next album.

I like this site because of the people and the conversations that are held here.

The same thing happens when all you do is wait and look for any new news on Sum 41.

I could care less that the Sums are not posting something every second. No one needs to know that they're taking a shit or something. I enjoy the people on this site. They help people out with problems and there's good discussions for whatever you want tp talk about also. Hell, we even have a fantasy hockey league. The majority of the folks just want to talk about random stuff and have fun, it doesn't always have to be about Sum 41. If you want to know what they're doing every second, just look at there twitter or something.

And Sum 41 gives a lot more updates than many other band. Sorry, but I gotta say, you are being little girl.

Woah, Jeremy..

Like someone mentioned above, the sums usually update more than most bands out there...Sure im frustrated too (we all have been waiting patiently for this new album) & my visits to TNS have decreased but that doesnt mean I HAVE to leave the forum, there are some great people on here and I check out the TNS twitter thread usually to see what theyre all up to <3. So stop being a little drama queen.
