yeah, sounds stupid at first but I like the idea. Except for the fact that we're spending 70mil to do it. Now to find a telescope.

Are you mentally ill? They don't have just space drills ready to send up to the moon. This is the best way of doing it.

If they discover ice or water in the explosion, it can be fact there is a source of water still on the moon. And water's a big deal.
