Somebody please ask matt or whoever about this. I have a feeling we may not be getting a 12-minute song at all :suicide:

What I understand of this is..

That the album is cool. Sometimes it sound simliar to Muse, but it doesn't on the other hand.. My french is way to bad to translate the whole thing..

Nice to see that Happiness Machines, the most promising title (to me), is longer than 4 minutes. But yeah wtf happened to the 12 minutes song ?

Over Now and What Am I To Say are both slower songs, and they thing it's quite dissapoiting. The tempo is gone..

Back Where I Belong could be on Chuck..

Exit Song is simliar to Never Wake Up..

Exit song isn't similar to Never Wake up, but they though it could have been like this song, because of the title! it's a mid tempo/slow song, that fits very well with the end of the album!
I and sum 41 france will make a translation of this tonight (i'm doing it right now)

I'm guessing it's still there, but divided into three separate parts.

Well, i'm really bummed that they changed the title Skumfuk. I bet it was the label's decision and all.. cuz it has the word Fuck even though they spell it as Fuk (on purpose, I bet). Anyway, cool that the album version lasts more than 3 minutes.. I guess this new intro Matt mentioned is really long haha, but that's cool. It sucks though that the song exists since like July and everyone knows it as Skumfuk and they already played it live many time introducing it as Skumfuk so sucks they change it now. Especially since Skumfuk is just a very cool title. it's just a cool word to say haha!

Anyway, the only thing I can understand from this tracklist with track lengths (if it's for real) is that they probably put the 12 minute song on the album as the 3 separate songs it was, but they probably still follow each other on the album, and probably also follow into each other so it all sounds like one song, so this is cool. I hope at least that i'm right and that they didn't drop it altogether.

Is that enough or should I translate it myself ?
We must use our voices as a flag.
And make it resonate in every building, in every head.

I have the feeling that "ourselves we deceive" song from the updates could be "Time for You to Go" as they say Deryck's voice kinda has a Liam Gallagher feel to it there.
But it also could be "Happiness Machines" the way they describe this song as a britpop influenced and that it reminds kinda Muse or Radiohead.

The thing about Skumfuk is that there is also a band out there named Scumfuck and their lyrics are pretty offensive and disgusting ("My Horse In Your Wife" is the only one I remember.. some seriously sick shit, although you can't help but laugh at how retarded the music is)

I would prefer a 12-minute song, not a 3x4-minute song. But finally it's unimportant, if there's one or three songs.

Somebody translate the descriptions of the songs ...that's much more interesting than titles
This is Mark Allen Hoppus. He likes long walks on the beach. This, this is travis barker. He likes to be read poetry just before sunset. And me, I like to stick small pieces of furniture up my butt.
Image
I spy on my dad while he is taking a shower just like everyone else
Mark: Sometimes when I talk in 3rd person i end up calling tom mark
Tom:Yea than he starts touching me and i think thats masturbation
Some people think were idiots or perverts dont argue were both.

I could only translate it to Spanish but I can understand a little bit, only two songs are the slower songs in the album, and I think the album is very good, but I have a question not be assumed that the title was "Blood In My Eyes"? in the review they wrote "Blood In My End", but I guess it's a typing error.

I think they wanted do put Epic. Then it would have be Hour Of Power.

Yeah! "Happiness Machines" is the longest song.

The description of the songs weren't that great, it seemed that he didn't like the slow songs because of the fact that they were "slow", and either he is huge Muse fan or this album sounds a lot like Muse.
