Just got off work. I'm going to go buy some new shoes tomorrow and then geek out on videogames.

Yeah, it's HD. I'll probably end up playing all my games over again just so I can experience them in HD. Parents weren't too thrilled on me buying a tv so close to our Hawaii trip though!
haha, my parents were a bit pissed when I came home with my TV one day, totally worth it though!

I think I'm sick. I blame it on my kid cousin. She keeps coughing all over the place and her parents don't seem to notice or care.

I got my TV and PS3 all hooked up and played Bioshock 2 for a couple of hours. I wasn't even playing it in HD and I didn't realize it until I was messing around on the home screen or whatnot and got my TV on the resolution for Hi-Def and holy shit... Bobby, you're right, it looks sooooo niiiice. I can go into the Playstation Store and read all the descriptions!

I hope to wake up early tomorrow to get in a good session of Bioshock 2 HD-style before I go off to the big city and get drunk off my ass.

Flipped the lens of my Canon:

Quite an awesome trick for macro shots.

@Janet: Cool! How does flipping the lens make any difference though?

Spent the evening at Global Village. It's this place with all these cultural shops from around the world and stuff, and a theme park.

It makes a huge difference. Mind you, the size of the waterdrop is about 1/10 of a fingernail. It does some really crazy close-ups that you would normally have to buy a special macro lens for. The only uncomfortable thing is that you have to hold the lens in place the whole time and the focal point is so small, that when your hands shake a bit like they do, the object will get out of focus quickly. I got the focus right on about the 20th shot, haha. But when done right it can make some amazing shots. :)
