Here's the deal, Peter.
I get the spam. I deal with whatever spam is reported. I base my decisions on what you guys report. If you don't bother reporting a spam post, I am not going to go out of my way to find some random post that you were too lazy to report... I don't check every single thread for spam.
When we shifted from a Section Mod website to a Global Mod website, we weren't aware that the spam bots would get to be this bad. I apologize that we're not performing at the top of our game. I don't spend every second of my day devoted to finding them / finding the posts they make.
My bad. Try reporting a post someday. You don't do your job, either.

You took it the wrong way. It was more of now that we only have two globals shouldn't we get some others to get the stuff that the others don't get. But whatever

Well, now we've got section mods. I guess we can lock this? I'd do it, but this isn't my section. Even if it was, I probably won't do it for fear of getting bitched at.
