okay.... no.

I'm tired of people thinking he's all good.

He's not really that good of a drummer. He's energetic and he has a cool style but he doesn't play really fast really consistantly like steve does...

I don't mean to be mean but how can you only have 3 candidates for the greatest drummer, tbh, this shouldn't even be a poll because the results are to diverse.

You pretty much summed it up.

Every drummer has a different style they play.

You can't compare Peart and Moon. You can't compare Bonham and Grohl.

The end

Well, for me, some of the greatest drummers are:

Dave Lombardo (Slayer, Fantômas)
Matt Sorum (Guns N' Roses, Velvet Revolver)
Eric Carr (Kiss)
Dave Grohl (Nirvana, Foo Fighters [although only guitar and vocals there])
Tommy Aldridge (Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy, Motorhead)
Dylan

Who's the greatest drummer of all time?

I've pretty much narrowed it down to Neil Peart and John Bonham.

Listen to the live version of Moby Dick by Led Zeppelin, and listen to any Neil Peart drum solo, and you will see why i cannot decide! help me decide!
i've listend to some Who songs and now, im not sure if i picked the right one. :?
you have far too much time on your hands

Dunno if anyone here listens to Yellowcard, but their drummer, Longineau Parsons III, is a fucking animal on the drums.
