Well, some dude was asking about Matt Whibley leaving them but Steve didn't answer the question, and that guy almost spammed it. He answering it would probably give us some info to look out for, unfortunately he didn't answer it.

Matt sent a message to Amin, telling that he will stop working for the Sums after this Summer, since he's starting in a law school in September. So blame me if you want, but I don't see what the question is here.

John filmed the ATGS promo video, along with all the pre-pro updates. Matt took over for the actual studio updates.
You can see John in some of the studio updates, along with cameos in the end of ATGS promo video (0:37) and the New Year resolutions (0:25).

John Asher is the director of the movie Dirty Love, where Deryck and Stevo have minor roles.

When I saw Matt at Warped Tour he didn't really do much. He just followed them around and stood by. Surprising he's also really short probably only an inch taller than Deryck. Tom is also kind of that height too.

John Asher also did the early studio updates from 2009, didn't he? the ones that where shot when the band were working on the so called EP back then, where we go the first song titles (Jessica Kill, Sick of Everyone, etc).
