You want me to give my reasons? It hasn't had a sufficient update in years. The interface is tacky, inefficient and not in the least bit user-friendly. And it is DEFINITELY slower than Google Chrome. I used to use Firefox after finding Chrome was incompatible with my TEFL website, but couldn't stand it.

I don't hate on Firefox because other people hate on it. I hate it on because, as far as I am concerned, it's shit. Better than IE, but still shit.

Firefox is a tad clunky for windows. I love chrome even more now it's available on iOS. Having my history, favourites etc... Synced across all my machines is bliss.


In other news. Replacing my cars front passenger side CV joint tomorrow. Quite looking forward to getting my hands dirty :D

Firefox on Linux is another matter completely, Windows sucks ass, so a good sw will suck ass there too, but I have no problem with Firefox using Ubuntu, however, Windows and Firefox = not a good combination.

been doing a lot of writing for my album. now..if only I had more mics for my drums and a decent singer...

Firefox is perfect for me, everything works instantly, never crashes (any more, old version did ages ago), got all my websites in the top bar so I barely ever have to type stuff. Don't really see a problem with it...

Soundwave Festival lineup in a day and a half, I'm trying so hard not to get my hopes up haha. Blink is there, Sum 41, Linkin Park, Bowling for Soup and The Story So Far are all rumoured...probably more that I'm forgetting.

My 3 favourite bands of all time and a newish band that I actually enjoy...would be epic.

I personally only use 1 browser per PC (Google Chrome) but I always have Internet Explorer ( on Windows) and Chromium (on Lubuntu) incase something happens to Chrome and I need to download Chrome again. Although, I personally think IE9 is decent enough.

I agree, Firefox is quite crap. I honestly don't like the user interface and it is one helluva resource hog. The memory usage seems to keep rising even after I have closed all the tabs. Mozilla's layout engine just seems to slow and sluggish. Not a patch on WebKit.
