dude, I wouldn't count on it. I actually make it fairly difficult to get in to the Underclassmen group. The two I just added were the first two members since god knows when. Just because you help out with the actual website doesn't mean you get automatically added to the group. Example; Jake-41 was pretty much the only news poster at one time (I think Heather helped out as well, but he did a lot there) and he still has never seen the section. Blackhawk posts news, runs the TNS fb page, TNS twitter... he just got in it finally after waiting for a while.
Personally, I think you're awesome... I saw Jeremy Roenick tweet at you, and I just love hockey fans in general... but that doesn't mean I'm going to add you.
ALSO---- just to clear something up. I'd love for everyone to donate money to TNS. Honestly, it would be awesome to see TNS' bill paid for when the time comes completely out of the members' pockets, and not force Jake to pay much of anything for the website. However, I'm not just going to add ANYYYONE who donates to TNS to the group. I doubt I'd add FakeNinja to the group regardless of his donation (unless it was an outrageous amount, in which case you'd be my new favorite member)... my point is, the group is more or less a closed group. We HAVE added people in the past for donating, but there have only been a couple of members added based on that. If you're added after donating, it's also because you're a fantastic member and we'd love to see you in there.
One last thing, it's possible that we could give you SOME type of special little thing for donating, though. I mean, people who contribute to the website are the people who keep this place alive. I'd definitely be open to SOME type of cool feature given to those who donate... we'd just have to figure out exactly what we'd do for you guys.
