It isn't a problem.
The forum scrolls down to the last post. I DISABLED THE SCROLL TO TOP MOD.
It's annoying: when it's activated the page scrolls up to the top and you have no way of knowing what's the last post you saw on any specific thread.
I really can't see why you are complaining: it's a feature of the forum, a useful one.
