Anyone listen to them? I only have Sing the Sorrow and DecemberUnderground albums, but they're a pretty good band.

I'm not too big a fan of DecemberUnderground, but I suggest if you were to check these guys out I would get/download/buy the album Sing the Sorrow.

And yes, you probably won't understand what the singer is saying most of the time, haha.

for christ sake go pickup black sails in the sunset or very proud of ya and listen to amazing music that they have created. STS is a fuckign brilliant album but its not their only cd.

seriously, i have every afi album ever set out
seeing they're my favorite band
and even if they did change
there music keeps playing in same but different ways you know?

like each album there's a transition of sound and lyrics
thats why i love them so much
and Sing The Sorrow and Decemberunderground only became more mainstream beacuse they want people to listen to the messages they set out in the music
regardless

Okay, I don't like AFI.
I do have to say one thing.
Stop with the "I hate emo" comments. AFI sold out, but they didn't change the whole type of image they were portraying. They aren't an emo band. Emo has been dead since Jimmy Eat World's album Clarity. Gtfo and learn your music facts.

Also, AFI sucks, imo. I just can't stand the guys voice. They're overrated and the only thing good about them is they have decent lyrics.

davey's lyrics are way better than other other artist i can think of. go read some of them and tell me they arent good .and you have to have a dictionary next to you because there are such big words in there that you need to look them up.

lol hell no. AFI news is so unpredictable. everything is always late. they were supposed to release in EP in December, then it was supposed to be out about a month ago, then it was supposed to be released tomorrow, but basically dont count on it ever being released.

so dont believe anything until you actually see it happening
