[RQ] Subject to Change Intro Sheet music (?)

i plan to do the same with this as what i did with the intro sheet music. transfer them into piano and see how it sounds. iv been think if this is too hard to get sheet music for since it wasn't with the Chuck sheet music book? or if posible some one could translate tabs into notes on a staff??

if you download guitar pro 5 or whatever its called, or one of those programs, it gives you the sheet music as well as tabs
