How quickly did it sell out?
On the bright side, it seems the Sums are popular for bigger venue

Re:
Will be my first show of them too, the came to spain 5 times in the SBM era and I couldnt go to any of them for studies and especially for economy, this time i will go to the show from Madrid,Spain and maybe Malaga Spain if really that date confirmed because in the official web site of Sum 41 appear Malaga Spain but still it isnt official and you cant buy tickets yetSickore wrote:I just bought my ticket for the Polish show. I'm so stoked, it's going to be my first Sum 41 show. I have been waiting for like 5 years. I missed the previous one in Poland (around 2010 because of school, distance etc.) and this is not going to happen again.
Re: European Tour
Just got my ticket for the Helsinki show - pretty excited. Saw them last time in Helsinki too. ^^

Re: European Tour
That's sick! I planned on purchasing my tickets on the weekend. Shouldn't be that risky since the Sums were no big deal in the past here in Germany (sadly).Lars wrote:Well, for anyone who thought Sum 41 was done: their belgian show just sold out in one hour.
I even didn't get my tickets, so I'm going to the Dutch show two days later.
Madness.
But glad to hear that the resonance is so high! I hope all fans have a chance to see them for this leg
have a try and test your knowledge:

It’s like sounding really nice, having a good feel, that’s all about the guitar.
That’s what I care about. I’d rather be a better strummer than fuckin' jizz all over the fuckin' fretboard...

Re: European Tour
Hope so! But looking at their schedule and considering the last time they were here, I wouldn't keep my hopes up.samueeL wrote:Got my tickets, yey! So Tomi, are we gonna do TNS exclusive interview in Helsinki or what?
They are playing Stockholm on the 15th, which means they'd take a ferry on the 16th and get here on the 17th, the show day, same as last time around. For some reason, Finnish media doesn't give a shit about the band, but when they visit here, every news outlet wants have an interview with them. So in addition to the interviews and the soundcheck, there probably won't be too much spare time for them on the show day. And normally they leave to the next place right after the show, so the next day wouldn't work out either. Hopefully I'm wrong though!

I hope that concert will almost 1:30h or 2 hours. I saw The Baseballs (great band) there and was awesome, they was playing over two hours!!
Re: European Tour
Same here, seems like the ticket sale was a mess. Site barely worked.Stef wrote:Rip belgian show for me...
Ab is way too small.. Only 2000 people can fit in..
Rip me
Make sure you subscribe on the waiting list in case tickets become available again.
I'm happy for the band that it sold out this fast though. I saw them in the same venue in 2010 (Eastpak Antidote tour) and the showup was so poor that the balcony wasn't even open... Seems like their popularity has risen again in Belgium, headlining Groezrock earlier this year and now selling out in less than an hour.
Hope I'll be able to get a ticket for the show, or more unlikely for an extra date to be added.

Fuck, it's sold out.Lars wrote:Sum 41 is heading for Europe next year.
A Brussels show was just announced for the 8th of March.
I will list all the dates here and let us know if you'll make it to kne of them!
So, if anyone has tickets left for the Brussels show, I'm interested

Re: Europe Festival Tour 2016
Dammit, the Prague show is already sold out :( I hope to find someone to sell me tickets. It sucks when you finally decide you're going and it's too late :D
EDIT: Whoops, wrong thread, I wanted to post in the Sum-Back European Tour :D Sorry.

if you can pay 75€ you will have a experience for all your life. It is a good price but for me it isnt ridiculous

I guess you got it wrong. The high prices are just the way to keep it somewhat exclusive for a smaller size of fans. But yeah, I can understand the frustration.
I was already at the checkout when I realized you can't re-sell it if you can't make it. I don't want to throw away that amount of money in case I get sick or can't leave work early etc. So I'll wait for later, if there's any left by then.
Also, if it sounds like 75 euros is nothing for me, that's not the case. I'm just terrible at planning my finances when it comes to Sum 41.
