Dunno about the album but most of the reviews at the iTunes store says the album sucks.
All they're saying is that the guitars are very good, as should be, but most of the people there saying that the riffs are still repetitive and stuff like that, and the vocals and lyrics sucks.
I not expecting great lyrics or something but i'm definitely not going to miss Dave's great guitar shredding.
Anyway, everyone saying that the album is dull and altough Dave is great, he was better in Sum 41. no wonder.
Still, he's not going back to Sum 41 so i hope i could enjoy his music in his new band, cuz Dave rocks.

In the technical aspect, I'm sure the album is decent. People say the riffs get repetative... but Underclass Hero had several songs with the same chord progressions and even prior to that songs with very bland and seemingly recycled lyrics. But the songs still turned out good.
In the artistic aspect of Brown Brigade in terms of the overall songs... I can't take them seriously. It just seems like words thought up on the spot to fit the music almost.
I'm buying the disc because I do like listening to cool guitar riffs and solos. But I'm more interested in that punk rock little craft Dave plans to create later.
