I'm not sure where this "Sum 41 is rich" mentality has come from. Sure, Deryck has hell of a lot of money, but I don't think that's the case with the rest of the band. Especially Tom, who hasn't been credited in the album making excluding the SBM single. there is no reason to waste it on an accident caused by the company. And now it's also acknowledged by the company. So they should take responsibility as a company.
He should get compensation for it.
