Tomi is right about most of the things, people should be satisfied with how the sums arrange stuff. It's way better than before.
We should find better things to complain about and be all noisy and negative about, such as the BIME music video not coming out in a reasonable timeframe or the poor promotion, or the fact that fans can't be a good crowd to good music!
But honestly i think Tomi is getting just a tiny little bit over his head since his epic meeting with the band recently

I agree that it might seem like it, but haven't I always been like this?HugoDisasters wrote:But honestly i think Tomi is getting just a tiny little bit over his head since his epic meeting with the band recently
This goes a little off-topic, but I'm not that kind of guy who likes to brag. In fact, I was thinking of not going to say anything about that day. But since I got all that interesting information worth sharing, then why not write a proper review then? Besides, I would be more than happy to hear more of these stories from others, just like Mitch did few weeks ago.
But I do like to argue, if the topic is worth arguing. But the arguing must be reasonable, not a fan of bashing over the internet.

Sorry that I shot that question down. NEVER would've thought they would actually play it anymore. Glad I was wrong!SumGeek wrote:Haha, as would I! In my opinion you, and well fans do a better job "interviewing" the band than actual interviewers do. I can imagine that they also enjoyed talking to you more than a regular interview host. But i doubt Steve would change, he's always so fucking crazy no matter who interferes with his craziness it seems

Re: Summer in Europe - 2012 edition
I'm not saying I'm not happy with what they're doing, I'm saying that they should do more of this, more often. I like how they've taken out stuff like UH and ITD at times because, while they're singles, they don't add that much to the show. However, I personally don't like the removal of RTB - it wasn't a single but really did add a degree of epicness to the beginning of each show. I just think that they should stick with the lengthy setlists and add in more rarities at the expense of some songs like UH or ITD.TomiT14 wrote:I'm just surprised that you're not happy with what the Sums are giving us. Afterall we talk about the band who played the exact same setlist with the exact same order every single night during their UH tour. They've come a long way since then, first changing a song here and there, then shuffling the order. And now they are adding songs that haven't been played AND extended their setlist from 15 to 20! And you're still saying they aren't doing enough?

Yeah, In Too Deep is way to good to be left out. Especially because it's one of the crowd songs.Tyler. wrote:If I showed up to a Sum 41 show and they didn't play In Too Deep I would riot and burn shit
Songs like UH and Walking Disaster could be left out instead.

In Too Deep really doesn't work that well live. They've taken it off the setlist a few times because it really doesn't fit in with most other Sum 41 songs any more.HugoDisasters wrote:Yeah, In Too Deep is way to good to be left out. Re: Summer in Europe - 2012 edition
Hey, I never would of thought either! It's just a personal favourite of mine and I know they've been playing old stuff for this tour so I thought it'd be a question to ask. I thought maybe they'd consider it and maybe play it on another tour, but it does fit in with what they have been playing. Plus, they're not actually playing the whole song, so, why not! It sounds just as good as it did back in 2002! haha. (I think that's the last time it was played.)TomiT14 wrote:Sorry that I shot that question down. I'd be the same way if they took out Fat Lip. I mean, I have got to hear In Too Deep live but it's just one song I would feel that would make the setlist incomplete if it were gone.HugoDisasters wrote:Yeah, In Too Deep is way to good to be left out. I thought there was at least one show where they didn't play Fat Lip/Pain for Pleasure? It was recently, like within their last couple of tours.

Not that I can think of. They're two of the songs that the band seem to cling onto for dear life. It's like they have a cult following within the fans. Or Stevo likes them.Jeremy Kill wrote:I thought there was at least one show where they didn't play Fat Lip/Pain for Pleasure? It was recently, like within their last couple of tours.

Even recorded from a toaster- It STILL sounds pretty awesome. I can tell this is such a good song to play live. It only took 10 years....
