I noticed it the first time I heard it guys. It's definitely intentional and wraps up the whole song. A lot of people do this type of stuff.

No.

It's not mindless chatter either.

Someone may have said it or they added it afterwards. Either way they decided to have it in because it sounded good with the overall theme of the song.

How does it fit the "theme of the song" ?

anyways, this is my theory; something was said while the mics were still recording. they could have edited it out in the mix using Pro Tools, but they didn't. why? cause they DON'T GIVE A FUCK

I know, it's lame that it's purposely left in. I know they wouldn't just go back to record them saying that -.- They could've left something interesting in, surely they had better stuff :balling:

And also, this was pointed out like the day the album leaked in one of the epic threads. It was probably left in because (for some reason) Deryck thought it sounded cool, or because he didn't want a track running short or something equally pointless. Either way, he didn't care enough to edit it out.
