yeah, there are some parts that are similar, but that is not a bad thing at all.
two of my favourite sum 41 songs - i kinda wish there were more like them on UH.

similarity #1 - the grinding guitar as the intro

#2 both songs are less than two minutes

#3 fast and edgy, vocals scream at you.

#4 short bass and drum solo

#5 instrumental parts

I don't know if it's the exact same chords, but it's the same progression in the chorus of both songs.

The chorus to King of Contradiction and Welcome to Hell are like the fast version of the second half of the No Reason chorus, instrumentally speaking in terms of guitar.
