i like the large track listing. other bands these days only seem to be putting out albums with 10 or 11 songs, like the Gaslight Anthem. all of the songs off American Slang are great, its just too short! its only a little bit longer than half an hour! i pop it in my car and by the time im done doing a few errands, it's played all the way through!
you have far too much time on your hands

13. Back Where I Belong
14. Exit Song
15. Reason To Believe (Acoustic)

that's the tracklist that's on the UK iTunes store.
Ditto for Canada. Track 15 is a "pre-order only" track though and it still says that Screaming Bloody Murder is not available on Canadian iTunes even though I can purchase Blood In My Eyes as many times I want and view the info pages! It's really getting frustrating.

i don't think they need much promo, i mean their fanbase is pretty loyal, when SBM came out the net was buzzing with tweets, posts, videos ...
some of us have stick with them even though we've grown up, the first time i heard sum 41 i was like 13 now i'm turning 20

there are plenty of people that don't know Sum 41 have a new album coming out, and that they're even still together. Sum 41 get fuck all promotion these days (over here anyway) so there'll be plenty of people that won't even know this album exists.

I tried inviting a bunch of my Facebook friends to the album release event just to bring attention to the band that they still exist. I might change my profile picture back to the album cover soon.

I suggest everyone else do the same! Who cares if 90% of your friends decline to attend, at least they take the time to read what the event is about. It's all about raising awareness!

It’s like sounding really nice, having a good feel, that’s all about the guitar.
That’s what I care about. I’d rather be a better strummer than fuckin' jizz all over the fuckin' fretboard...

Woah, when I go to that page it says "Reason To Believe" is "now playing", I can't listen to it though because I'm in class to see if it is actually playing though, and I don't have head phones = (... hhhmmmmm

I would not be surprised at all if that tracklist is bogus, even though it's on their steaming pile of shit of a website.

Reason To Believe doesn't stream, however I did momentarily piss my pants. Small trickle of wee came out.

Cone confirmed the 12-minute song being A Dark Road Out Of Hell. And Matt said Over Now is a working title. So I'm sticking with the previous tracklist.
