A good quality of BIME would be awesome ! Hope that "minor tour crisis" isn't a big deal
I'm getting worried that it is a big deal. I really hope not though! So forsure we'll hear about this tonight, Nic?

I hope so, I don't want 2 songs to leak because I know I would listen to it and then I would have only 9 songs to wait for.

did sum 41 actually allow the site to release the song? and i thought they had a press meeting in australia so i was kinda hoping for some album information, like a confirmed tracklist.

on a random note, the mountain goats album which is due for release on the same day as sum 41's album, is streaming. back when underclass hero came out, did it ever officially stream or was it just leaked?

I'm fairly certain it was streaming on their Myspace at some point before or around the release

Not on MySpace, but MTV had it for streaming. Though can't remember how much earlier than the release.

When I informed Matt about BIME, he was very surprised, and told me not to post the link to the actual download (for Sum 41 Finland). So I guess this wasn't planned or anything.

it could also be that matt just wasn't involved in the release while sum 41 or island gave the site permission. also it could also be possible that site has the album

Surprisingly I haven't had Blood In My Eyes on repeat since I first started listening to it. I'm either savoring the song and trying to not overdo it, or the song is just so epic and all over the place that I'm subconsciously taking breaks because I can't process all that is going on.

The transitions from the riff to verse definitely had me go "Whoa, WTF happened?" but it was actually refreshing to hear.

After listening to both Screaming Bloody Murder and Blood In My Eyes, I can see how Skumfuk would've almost been cut from the album. I'm hoping the "new" Skumfuk fits in better with the new intro and everything.
