I think it will be available here too. I'm not 100% positive on that one though!

Just looked back at my text messages with Matt from last Sunday. Here's some info I haven't posted yet.

Deluxe Edition

"Babes and booze man. Just working on a sum japanese dvd right now."

"Crazy deluxe shit happening for this album."

"'Making Of' documentary for US version. Should be like 45 mins. I've seen like 20 mins. Its rad."

Vinyl LP (don't get your hopes up)

"For some reason they are staying away from vinyl. Sums are concerned about appearing 'money hungry' or over merchandised. This could change if the label says so."

Did he mention any bonus songs? Or would Deryck not tell him about it?

The only people I'd expect to have the album are people that have some sort of relation with the band or record company. It hasn't been leaked randomly to those people, they were probably given it.

God will kill a kitten every time you listen to the leaked album. I'm thinking about pre-ordering US import for the Making Of DVD, but I doubt it would arrive before it's available in stores.

Of course I'm going to pre-order/buy the album, but I think I will probably end up listening to it if it leaks in its entirety in HQ. And I mean no lower than 320kps- SBM's chorus is kinda ruined for me because of the slightly-lower-quality of the file.
fuck this signature nonsense

I can't buy the album in local stores. It just won't be here in acceptable time. =/ I'll order it in eu or us net-store, but obviously i'll download it from torrents to listen it as soon as possible.

yeah i figured as much that they were given and not leaked. i just wonder though how record companies decide to give copies to certain people. the few sites that i've read that had copies of the album did not sound like avid fans of sum 41 because they didn't go into in depth analysis of the album, nor do we hear from them in this forum.

as for a leak happening, i'm a little doubtful for that. i'm sure a leak will happen, but not so soon. there have been cds that did NOT leak before the release date, (pin points and gin joints by the mighty mighty bosstones and varuna by republic of wolves) but those were on minor labels/unsigned. i doubt the leak will happen soon though out of fear the record company will trace who they allowed to listen to the album, then angry yelling and hurt feelings will happen.

But we'd lose three tracks and be down to 11, kind of.
if you count this way there would be 12 songs still
you should learn to count properly :winkwink:
Haha yeah well, I meant other than the 12 min song. But hey i'm rubbish at maths anyway :suicide:

Love this. I really need to order that deluxe. You think it'll just be available to purchase anywhere once the albums out?

Edit: Nevermind, just read the text from Matt. I think I'll wait and buy the US deluxe.

By John Asher right?

I'm gonna pre-order the japanese deluxe edition.. if I select the fastest shipping method(which I'll most likely do) I'll have the copy in my hands 3 days before the release
