THANK YOU, that's what i'm saying. anyone on this website could've made that shit up. she only mentioned stuff that's already been mentioned. and i bet she said they did instrumentals so she wouldn't have to justify herself if someone said to give lyrics to any songs they played. plus, how would she know that one song was called "jessica kills" if they did it as an instrumental? again, maybe if they said it in the lyrics, but according to her, they were all instrumentals. idk i think she's full of doo doo (aka shit).

Look at the pictures, Deryck wasn't even there, so it's not like she was lying about the soundcheck being strictly intrumental.

stevo first played some van halen with jeff their guitar tech. then they played hell song with deryck. then deryck left, then they just jammed the new stuff.

stevo didn't even know that jessica kill was called jessica kill. he was like "let's play that one with the cool riff in the middle", and cone said "jessica kill", so that's why i knew the title for that one. they played scumfuck twice at the soundcheck as well.
It's all in this thread.

drummerlikestevo wrote:oh, i thought scumfuck wasn't going to be on SBM? in any case, it was four songs i had never heard live before. scumfuck, 12 minute song, jessica kill, and another one they didn't mention the title.
There, they played a "mysterious" fourth song that no one knows about.

I don't think she or he I don't fucking know was lying because we didn't know the middle of the 12 minute song was called Jessica Kill until Cone later said that. This person said it too but it was before Cone told us.

http://norwichgigs.co.uk/interviews/sum-41/

what the fuck is deryck talking about in reponse to the second question when he said, "We didn’t have any songs when we started so wrote and recorded the album there, which is different to our normal process." ??????????????

didn't have any songs when they started out? as i recall, didn't they got to the house in very late '09. then what the hell was w/ this interview from 10/7/09 http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2009/oc ... -frontman/ where deryck says, "We haven’t laid down too many (tracks) yet but we have 15 to 18 songs written,” Whibley said. “We’re jut working on them right now."

what the fuck happened to those 15 to 18 songs then? legit does anyone see what i'm getting at here? how can you say in a recent interview that you had written nothing until you got to the house in very late '09, but had enough stuff for an ep in 2/09 and had 15 to 18 songs by october last year? someone, please help me out w/ this thought proccess...

I don't think that they all start playing the same song at the same moment.. they obviously have to agree on what song they are going to play.. so she probably heard them discuss about what song they were going to play

Andros wrote:I have a question about the tour, The tour started today? and that means in the night know the new setlist?
Please, let's keep the setlists in the tour section. I'm going to see them in a month, and I don't want to get any spoilers before the show. When I come to check this album thread, I expect discussion about the album stuff, not about the setlists.

There's already a thread about Eastpak tour in the tour section, so please use that one for setlists.

First of all: calm down, stop swearing and learn to use capitals (unless you're Jeremy Kill's alter ego, trying to imitate Deryck).

I don't know what that means either. They had enough songs to fill up a record, but wrote some others during the recording process as well (even some afterwards). So I have no clue why he said that.

But that's no reason for acting hysterical or having a panic attack.

I think he even said that it is most likely going to be a March release, didn't he? I'm too lazy to look for the quote.

Yes, and the label thinks February-March is the best for this album.
