As Avril wasted no time in replacing her now ex husband with a pineapple loving billionaire, Justin Murdock, Whibley is spotted with another woman.

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have barely let the ink dry on their divorce papers and are already seeking solace in the beds of some rebounds. The princess of Hot Topic has been rumored to be hanging with a crowd of boozehounds that includes Brandon Davis. Of course she supposedly cheated on Whibley with Davis on several occasions, but evidence has yet to be aired out on that claim.

Since their split, Deryck has been trying to keep a low profile. However, his less than stealth tactics left him abandoning his date of the night, Hanna Beth Merjos. They hit up Tattoo Mania but Whibley bolted after paparazzi showed up. He hailed a cab and left his date to find her own way home.

Classy. I will give this guy a break as he has had to deal with the epitome of annoying for several years now and is most likely insane from it.

WHIBLEY FINDS LOVE AFTER LAVIGNE SPLIT

Rocker DERYCK WHIBLEY has moved on from his broken marriage to AVRIL LAVIGNE - he's landed a new girlfriend just weeks after splitting from the singer.
Lavigne filed for divorce earlier this month (Oct09), citing "irreconcilable differences" for ending the couple's three-year union.
In the legal documents, the Complicated hitmaker revealed the couple separated on 4 September (09).
But Sum 41 star Whibley is already involved with another woman - the rocker was caught on camera by TMZ.com openly kissing his new love Hanna Beth Merjos in a Hollywood tattoo parlour on Monday night (19Oct09).
Lavigne recently dismissed rumours she had a new man in her life, insisting reports she was romancing Dole Food Company billionaire Justin Murdock were "100 per cent not true".

We got Deryck drowning his sorrows in girlfriend Hanna Beth Merjos' mouth at Tattoo Mania in Hollywood last night, the two looking quite cozy as they kissed and writhed all over a table inside.

Who cares. We need to stop spying on him and forming our own theories on who has what agenda. In many ways, people will blame the media when we are the ones guilty of the same acts. We make the stories popular and we feed off of every new video or picture posted. When Deryck wants the world to know about his private life, he'll let us know and until then, can't we just wish him luck as he goes through a deeply emotional time in his life?

EXCLUSIVE: Deryck Whibley’s Struggling With The Single Life Post Avril
While he may have a new gal pal since splitting with Avril Lavigne this fall, Deryck Whibley still seems to be adjusting to his new bachelor life. During a recent night out with pals, the Sum 41 rocker could barely muster the enthusiasm for a raucous night on the town.

“It looked like Deryck was trying hard to appear as if he was having a good time, but you could tell he was miserable,” a source tells RadarOnline.com about his October 27 stop at Guys and Dolls in West Hollywood.

Despite being surrounded by a good looking crowd (including pal Ryan Cabrera): “He didn’t seem like he was in the mood to talk to any girls or get rowdy, but it seemed like his friends were trying their best to cheer him up.”

Arriving around 11:30 pm, the group was quickly sat at a VIP table near the dance floor. Instead of mingling with the ladies vying for his group’s attention, Whibley sat on his own and texted on his for most of the night while occasionally exchanging stories and chatting with his guy friends.

As he and his group prepared to leave at 1:40 am shortly before closing, the conversation turned to the after party. “Ryan was telling the entire group to come and keep the party going at his house, but Deryck kept acting like he was tired. He definitely seemed like he was looking for a way out of going.”

Whibley eventually convinced one of his friends to give him a ride home, said goodbye to his group, and headed out minutes before 2 am.

Following his split from Lavigne in September, Whibley was spotted at The Stack in the Mirage Hotel with model Hanna Beth Merjos a mere month after the divorce announcement. They were also spotted in Los Angeles together in October leaving a tattoo parlor.

Despite the quick rebound, it seems even young, rich rock stars get the blues!
